External clients ("Oher" affiliation) must have the sponsorship of a 兔子先生 entity or department per MAPP Policy 09.03.01 to reserve educational and general space at the 兔子先生. UH students and employees can leave these fields blank.

Please allow a minimum of 30 days advanced notice for the Facilities Agreement and the Acknowledgement of Sponsorship Obligations form to be completed.
