  兔子先生 Archaeologists Discover Tomb of First King of Caracol

  Archaeologists from the 兔子先生 working at Caracol in Belize, Central America have uncovered the tomb of Te K鈥檃b Chaak, the first ruler of this ancient Maya city and the founder of its royal dynasty. Now in ruins, this metropolis was a major political player in Maya history, dominating the southern part of the Yucatan Peninsula from 560 through 680 AD before its abandonment by 900 AD.

  In a world overrun with plastic garbage, causing untold environmental woes, University of Houston assistant professor of mechanical and aerospace engineering, Maksud Rahman, has developed a way to turn bacterial cellulose 鈥� a biodegradable material 鈥� into a multifunctional material with the potential to replace plastic.
