Paying for visitor parking in the orange-striped spaces on campus has changed. We鈥檝e transitioned to a pay-by-phone system, replacing the previous text-to-pay setup.
How It Works
You鈥檒l now pay for parking directly from your phone using either the AMP Park app or the AIMS Mobile Pay website. Signs are posted in all pay-by-phone areas with instructions, so you鈥檒l always know what to do.
Just like before, payment is required before you leave your vehicle.
How to Pay
- Download the AMP Park app
- Available for free on the Apple App Store or Google Play
鈥 OR 鈥
- Visit on your phone's browser
Tip: Before you begin, disable Wi-Fi on your phone to avoid potential connection issues.
First Time Using AMP Park?
You鈥檒l need to create an account the first time you use the app or website. Once you're signed in, follow these steps:
- Find your location on the map. Match it with what is shown on the sign in the parking area where you鈥檙e parked.
- Choose how long you want to park. You鈥檒l see the cost and when your session will expire.
- Select an existing vehicle from your account, or add a new one if needed.
- Enter your payment and billing information, review it for accuracy, then click 鈥淧urchase.鈥
Helpful Features to Know
- You can extend your parking time at any point before it expires.
- If you regularly park in the same area at the same time, use the 鈥淩eorder鈥 feature to pay faster.
- You can add or edit vehicles anytime under the 鈥淰ehicles鈥 menu.
- Use the 鈥淟ocation Search鈥 feature to quickly find parking areas across campus.
Final Reminder
- To avoid a citation, your license plate must face the drive lane and be clearly visible.
- If your vehicle does not have a front license plate, do not back into a space.
