UH Computational Physiology Lab (CPL) Awarded Two Federal Contracts to Develop Imaging and Computational Technology to Identify Humans and Determine Their Intent

The ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú Computational Physiology Lab (CPL) was awarded two new research contracts from the Department of Defense (DOD), collaboratively with OKSI:

  1. Spectral Imaging Sensor for Improved Biometric and Human Intent Analysis – Phase I & II (PI: I. Pavlidis, co-PI: D. Shastri)
  2. Remote Human Identification and Intent Determination from Thermal Imagery – Phase I (PI: I. Pavlidis, co-PI: P. Buddharaju)

The projects aim to design, implement, and test physiological imaging and computational technology for face and intent identification.
